Patrick Monahan is the managing partner of Monahan Law Firm, PLC. Patrick began his legal career practicing real estate, construction, and general business litigation. Over the years, Monahan Law Firm, PLC has expanded to serve clients in domestic relations and estate planning.
Patrick was born in Phoenix but has lived all over the country before settling down back in Arizona. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2000, where he was the Vice President of the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society. He attended the University of Tulsa College of Law and graduated with honors, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2005. While in law school he served as an editor for the Tulsa Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.
A veteran of the United States Army, Patrick served with the 82nd Airborne Division out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He brings the tenacity and professionalism of the renowned All American Division to bear for his clients. As the managing partner of Monahan Law Firm, he places heavy emphasis on building relationships with his clients and focuses on open and honest communication.
Throughout his career, he has seen how the legal profession can treat clients as commodities and opened his own practice to set himself apart from the pack. Patrick treats his clients at Monahan Law Firm as people first and foremost and handles each case with the honesty and integrity it deserves. He will work tirelessly to resolve legal disputes for his clients and will always tell them the truth regarding their situation, even if it isn't what they want to hear.
Outside of his career and on a more personal note, Patrick has two daughters, Skylar and Shay. His passion for serving others is only surpassed by his passion for faith and family. When not consumed with work (which is rarely), he enjoys developing businesses, hiking, camping, and reading.
